This site, Wok on the Wild Side, is a collection of tips and recipies for Asian cooking complied by Steve Denison of Renton, Washington.
Steve, second from left in photo, has traveled in China and has spent the last thirty years perfecting his Asian style cuisine. Currently he is teaching a variety of cooking classes and can also be hired for dinner parties and small events.

Steve also enjoys cooking for dinner parties. He will purchace all ingredients, prepare a variety of dishes, and teach your guests the secrets of Asian cuisine. Limit of 12 guests, please.
